- The company was looking for a modern solution for payroll processing and HR management for its Lithuanian subsidiary, aligned with the local payroll accounting practices as well as meeting global security standards.
Solution:
Alna HR Office is an HR management and payroll accounting solution, based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The system consists of 6 modules that ensure smooth operation of key HR processes: time reporting, payroll calculation, HR management, self-service, annual leave management and incentive calculation.
Outcome:
- All of the key payroll and HR processes run in a unified system;
- Minimized error probability in accounting;
- All of the accounting processes fully comply with the legal requirements of the Republic of Lithuania and the Lithuanian Labour Code;
- Increased speed of routine operations;
